Every cake and hamper at Bakeology is made fresh after you order. This policy keeps things simple and fair.

Cancelling an order

Cancel up to 24 hours before delivery or pickup: 100% refund.

Need to cancel later, even on the day itself? If we have not started making your cake yet, you still get a 100% refund. Just message us as early as you can.

If your cake is already made, message us on WhatsApp and we will work it out with you.

If something is not right

Quality, damage or anything that does not feel right: tell us any time. You are our customer, and we want to hear it.

Wrong cake or wrong delivery: tell us as soon as possible, the same day, so we can fix it before your celebration. If we made a mistake, our goal is to get a better cake to you as fast as we can.

A photo on WhatsApp helps us sort it out quickly.

How refunds are paid

We send refunds within 2 hours, back to the UPI or bank account you paid from. Cash orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
